JACK WICKS

The creative force behind our success in the property world. Jack's been in the game for years, focusing on social and supported housing. He’s got a knack for matching the right people with the right places, all while giving our investors peace of mind and steady returns. With a big heart and a sharp mind, Jack’s all about making a difference, aiming to get a million people into safe homes. In the fast-moving property market, his strategic vision keeps us fresh and forward-thinking.
KEVIN BRITTAIN
CO-FOUNDER
He is a serial entrepreneur and running philanthropist. He is on a mission to raise £1 MILLION for children's charities by run-vlogging on consecutive days the distance of one lap around the world! It is a staggering 40,075km. He aims to complete the challenge on his 50th birthday, which is under 11 years away. Kevin's extensive experience in property investment, having owned over 96 properties at its peak. Kevin has made every mistake along the way (and continues to do so). At his largest, he had a team of 23 members of staff across multiple businesses. Kevin alongside Jack also shares the led purpose and passion of Helping 1,000,000 find a safe place to live

LIAM DAVALL
A property investor and consultant, his main focus is assisting clients provide safe & secure leases. Liam is our Property Acquisitions person, he has now collaborated with the Social Housing Group for several years, assisting investors in maximizing their return on investment within the Social Housing sector. Additionally, he now leads the leasing division of our business, aiding landlords in leasing their properties to Social and Supported Housing providers.
SHELLEY YATES
A passionate Female Property Investor and Coach with 4 years of experience in real estate investment. Specialises in guiding investors through impactful social housing projects, fostering positive community development. Shelly is the Female Property Challenge Creator, helping women learn about the rent-to-rent social housing model. Shelly also heads our 6-week training program that provides participants with exclusive deals to pass on, along with coaching on finding investors. Shelly played a pivotal role in an investment initiative that achieved £1.3 million in sales within a month, emphasising the potential for substantial returns in a short timeframe.
